Haha, I know it's good for me. I was amazed at how many bags of things we ditched. The sellers of our new house are getting their removal company to pack for them, and the real disadvantage of this (apart from extra £££/€€€) is that you don't get to declutter and end up moving a ton of junk you don't actually even want any more!
Our eaves (we have an attic bedroom in the old flat so the walled off crawlspace got used as an attic) got majorly full of crap while we lived here, including old furniture from before we realised that if you put furniture out on the street in this part of town, someone will have picked it up in 30 minutes.
